All week long, I had a good sleep! My body got rid of all the toxic stress, and my skin is back to its rosy and glowing state. I am back in a good mood.

Every time I tried to switch accounts on TikTok, I found myself going back. It was as if I was addicted to the algorithm I had trained over all these months.

Every day, as soon as I wake up, I try to be honest with myself. My brain is looking for a thousand reasons not to do the healthy routine or delay it. It takes tremendous self-control to force myself to apply the routine.
