Every time I tried to switch accounts on TikTok, I found myself going back. It was as if I was addicted to the algorithm I had trained over all these months.

Every day, as soon as I wake up, I try to be honest with myself. My brain is looking for a thousand reasons not to do the healthy routine or delay it. It takes tremendous self-control to force myself to apply the routine.

My first sprout of the 2025 season!

Another hard drive died; however, this time, I simply unplugged it and threw it away. I’ve already made backups and will just buy another one. No time wasted, no stress, no drama!

I was very productive: I got a haircut, took my Toyota Yaris to the mechanic for repairs, graded a pile of copies, worked out, and went shopping.

Nothing beats an hour and a half of physical activity to boost your mood and reduce stress! I look forward to this happy time every day!

I have a strange runny nose at night, possibly due to some unusual allergies or a minor cold. Since my stress has subsided, my body seems to be recovering. I often get sick right after a vacation, as stress had been keeping me going.
