It feels like the worst of my sciatica may finally be behind me. The pain has been minimal for three days now, and the unusual sensations throughout my body are progressively subsiding. I may soon return to walking normally, without anxiety about another flare-up.

Going to the toilet at the same time every day is great for your health. Doctors even call it ‘the poop train’!

It took me a few years to get everything just right, but this year my indoor chili garden was perfect: little work, highly productive, and beautiful to look at.

Finally, I enjoyed a long swim without any pain—just a wonderful feeling afterward. It proved to be the perfect way to burn my 600 daily calories, replacing walking or cycling while my sciatica continues to heal, hopefully faster!

Starting tomorrow, I’ll be going to the swimming pool from 9 to 11 a.m. since it’s open during the school holidays.
