I read on internet that the first trial in my case is always delayed and it is mostly accepted. I guess there is no shortcut and it will be something like 2 years and half.

I was really mad at my lawyer when she said that the other side did not send in the conclusion and they will ask for a deferral and there is not much we can do because she ONLY sent her own conclusion last month and half.

Pissed off! I will get another lawyer, this one is really sluggish.
