pOoR bAbie!

My Toyota Yaris got scratched! A huge truck turned right at a round-about and it scratched my car. My car did not move.

Complications:

  1. The driver didn’t speak french nor english and he was polish
  2. The truck belongs to a german company
  3. He wanted to pay 300 euros cash to get away

I declined and I used the regular insurance paperwork. I took a photo of his papers and I sent it to the insurance. He wrote something that nobody could understand: “I was not guilty and I steered blabla”. I described the incident and I insisted on the fact that my car was not moving.

We shall see….
