There were two cars parked for ever in front of the building and they blocked all other cars. I tried to remove them so that we recover two nice spots and therefore there will be less cars parked anywhere inside. After a month of hard work (calling the police every week), they were finally removed. Why did I do it? I noticed that chaos will spread if there is nothing done to fix it. It does not matter if it is someone’s chaos, it will eventually be my problem if they keep on parking their cars inside.
