I always knew that running would keep me in good shape and in good health. Now, I can measure my V02 max: “V02 is the maximum or optimum rate at which the heart, lungs, and muscles can effectively use oxygen during exercise, used as a way of measuring a person’s individual aerobic capacity.”
I thought that it would be hard to beat my last record, I improved my run by 2 secondes! It is probably harder to improve anything more than that in the future. I am getting old and I do not want to hurt myself running after records. I just need to carry my old but “in good condition” body until the end of the road in “working” condition!
