All I had to do was to sleep on my sides instead of sleeping on my back to stop the snoring. It seems that, when sleeping on my back, I have the tendency to use my mouth to breath which induced the snoring. While on my side, it seems that it was easier to breath through my nose without my mouth. I shall keep the monitoring for few days but it seems working.
