It is almost a perfect sleep: Excellent everywhere!

It is very hard to set my mind back to work and prepare my teaching materials. I am glad I did most of the hard work before vacation for some classes already. Usually, the last few days before school starts were very painful with grading. Glad that it is done!

Light therapy has done miracles for my sleep consistency! Average Bedtime: 8:53 PM Average Wake Time: 5:02 AM Average Sleep Duration: 7 hours and 37 minutes

The smoked haddock (without the skin) is quite delicious with a nice feel: chewy and tender in the mouth!

All week long, I had a good sleep! My body got rid of all the toxic stress, and my skin is back to its rosy and glowing state. I am back in a good mood.

For the first time, I finished grading my students’ papers in the first week of vacation. I have a full week to prepare the teaching materials for the incoming weeks. No stress!

From time to time, I need to remove the old skin from my feet. The best way to do so is to use exfoliating socks. It takes about an hour to apply them, and after 2 weeks, you can see the dead skin removed. I also need to get rid of a callus on my […]

Every time I tried to switch accounts on TikTok, I found myself going back. It was as if I was addicted to the algorithm I had trained over all these months.

Every day, as soon as I wake up, I try to be honest with myself. My brain is looking for a thousand reasons not to do the healthy routine or delay it. It takes tremendous self-control to force myself to apply the routine.
