I am trying to apply common sense to my daily choices:
- Sleep: Aim for 8 hours each night

- Fun: Seek out mentally stimulating activities to maintain mental well-being
- Social relations: Avoid stressful situations and relationships
- Work: Focus on what is necessary to meet financial obligations, without allowing it to become a source of stress
- Daily goal: Avoid stressful activities and anything harmful to my body
- Long-term goal: Maintain my mental and emotional well-being
