It was funny to see my homemade Kefir milk bottles exploded after a night of fermentation. I enjoyed Kefir with more bubbles, so I let it ferment longer than the recommended 24 hours.

From time to time, I found some bio Kefir at my favourite store, Lidl. I bought them and compared the taste to my homemade Kefir. They were quite cheap and they were more creamy and tasty than my homemade Kefir.

The closest gas station to our place, also the most expensive one, was open with only 4 cars waiting to fill up their tanks. The fever had passed, and business was slowly back to normality. I guess the craziest people have probably stored few gallons of gas in their garage by now.

The strike is entering its 3rd week (maybe longer) and it has been 2 consecutive weeks now that my car stayed quietly and calmy parked at the best spot. I did not feel like chasing after gas. It allowed me to clear up most of the extra stuffs in my fridge.
