If you put a number onto something, you can try to improve it. It happened to my physiological data. I am trying very hard to reach the perfect sleep/body battery statistics. Last night was almost perfect! Excellent sleep, long enough and good quality, hence the full body recovery (100 body battery) and a decent score. Now, I need to improve the sleeping cycle, more deep and light phases it seems.
