cOvDI 19 reCoverY!
Basically, Covid 19 did not change my routine. Indeed, I was able to go out and practice my daily cycling exercises which improved greatly the breathing by the way. It was just annoying during the night the first 2 days: lots of coughing and painful throat. The lingering lost or change of smell and taste was strange. Indeed, the smell of the melon changed, it became bitter and unpleasant. All these unpleasant changes were almost over after ~5 days.
I was glad my dad had his 4 vaccin shots, it could have been bad for him and he seemed to have suffered a bit more and a bit longer than me.
