Green bananas contain resistant starch. They are widely available and I love bananas. I selectively bought green bananas and ate at least 2-3 of them per day to feed my microbiomes. It works quite well. They gave a bit of gas but they helped a lot with intestinal transit. I do everything I can to improve the symbiosis relationship with my microbiomes.
