If I can achieve my daily routine, it is always a feeling-good day. It is however very hard mentally to do the exercises. These exercises keep the body toned and they warmed up every muscles:
1. 52 minutes of exercises: the 2 videos on Youtube
2. 1 hour and 30 minutes of cycling
3. Quickly eat my dinner around 17:00. More importantly eat what I feel like when I go shopping.
4. Play Board games
Joyeux anniversaire!!! Si je me souviens bien c’est aujourd’hui à moins que je me sois trompée!!
En effet, ce jour maudit qui m’ajoute une année de plus! Merci bcp mais j’avoue que je n’ai jamais su retenir les dates de mes amis. Tu devras m’excuser pour avoir oubliée la ton annif.
Oh t’inquiètes! Je m’en souviens car mon frère est aussi né fin avril comme toi 😀
