I felt at the beginning of my run when I ran down the stairs. It was fucking painful to have an ankle sprain and I think it was probably the first time in my life that it got so bad. I was able to walk back to my car so it was not dramatic. I could stop at the shop and buy some straps / ankle supports and cold bandages. It immediately got better once I was finished with the cold bandages and the straps/ankle support in the car. I won’t be able to run for few days (fingers crossed) but maybe I can keep biking or maybe swimming if they re-opened the pool again starting December 1st.
So unlucky!
