I am sharing a huge office with 2 people and they are a bit older than I am. In fact, they relied on old working methods. I told the dude that his Webex allowed him to listen and to talk directly through its interface. Indeed, he only used Webex to look at the shared screen and talked/listened through … his phone. What a waste of ressource and time.
He tried to lie saying that he did not like the sound and he realized quickly that, not only, I knew what he did not do, I also knew the configuration steps. Indeed, I told him kindly what the required steps were to set his Webex properly.
I also received the order to move from Skype Business to Microsoft Teams. I told the 2 old fart that they should do it quickly if they do not want to get lost in the queue.
