laSt pRoBleM!

Now that all minor problems are behind me or, at least, should be, let’s fix the last one: find me a job!

I learned few things about renting my own studio:

  1. It is very easy, cheap and fast if you do it yourself: 1 week
  2. The rental agencies are very expensive and slow
  3. The rental agencies’ main effort is to get people to PAY them first
  4. The best candidate will require to see the apartment before the final signature. It is the only constraint.
  5. You can download everything online (contract, insurance, paperwork, etc ..)
