As predicted, I had a relapse. I am affected since this morning by BPPV: Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
Luckily, I’ve kept all the drugs prescribed few months ago and I know what to do to decrease the intensity of the vertigo (neck rotations). I am quite certain that the reason is due to a minor cold and a strong sneezing habit. It will probably last 2 or 3 weeks.
