1 single meal per day and tons of greenies plus 100-150 drils with the ab wheel. I want my stomach to be as flat as it was when I swam 6 kms per day. I do not need rock hard 6 packs just a fine thin stomach (no daddy belly).

I took a before-photo and I will see in 30 days if I get an after-photo once the challenge is completed. The only sad thing is that I will be throwing away tons of food.
