It feels great! My brain and my body were refreshed after each of these long runs.
I found the nice list of things to do to improve my hapiness: LINK
- Spend for others: I helped people and gave money to homeless people time to time
- Make a list of positive things: I write a blog
- Try new things: I tried new cooking recipes and I grow mushrooms for fun
- Anticipate a reward: I am waiting for the right time/price to buy the Samsung S8+
- Decorate with “blue”: I prefer white
- Have goals: win the legal battle
- Stop defending your point of view: I go my way instead
- Sleep 6 hours per day: Done!
- Have a lot of friends: NO
- Drink Beers: YES
