10 kms!

Smooth and no pain at all! I wonder if I am being too slow. I added an extra 10 kms on bike after.

With the insight from the loss blood, I noticed that my body has a high tolerance to pain. I was able to run even with the pain. I wonder if that is the reason why I enjoy running long distances. It is really hot and running these days is quite painful.
