I went to visit my parents today. My dad told me that the building manager will install cameras in their underground parking consequently to the fire in a car few weeks ago. I tried to ask few questions but I do not think that my parents or my brother really cared for the answers.
If the “real answers” were: there was an accidental fire, it cost 3 000 Euros to repair, everyone was afraid and few people complained so the building manager proposed to install cameras for 12 000 Euros. It seems awfully illogical to me however I am not the one paying!
My own experience with building management is very simple: Pay for the damages if the insurance refuses to pay and then move on! Why ? It’s cheaper, less time consuming, more logical and…it’s life!
