Both of my grand mothers died alone back in Vietnam and all they had were phone calls. My uncle has a very short memory when he said: “I prefer to rent my house and to live with my kids.” If I were my uncle, I would sell my house and enjoy my retirement in Vietnam. I never forget anything!
