I managed to fix 4 major problems in the building:
1. The obstruction of the sewer in front of building B
2. The garage door programmation
3. The garage interior portal
4. The horrible noise made by fire doors clapping.
I could not believe I managed to fix the noise made by fire doors clapping. All I had to do was to use a screwdriver and fine tune the “A-coup” angle setting. It is the “stop” angle that allows the door not to clap strongly in one single move. I will probably have to do it again in few weeks but I had a wonderful night and I was not woken up by these clapping noises this Sunday.
